1. 국제적인 학술지 게재 인정 조건
가. 대학원 ‘박사저널리스트’에 포함된 학술지에 제 1저자(First Author)인 논문이 게재되어야 한다.
나. 지도교수는 교신저자 또는 공동저자에 포함되어야 한다.
다. 국제학술지 게재승인 논문은 학위논문과 전부 또는 일부가 연관성이 있어야 한다.
라. 논문저자가 5명 이상일 경우 ‘다수 공저 시 기여도 의견서‘를 제출하고, 학사위원회의
심의를 거쳐 인정한다.
마. 논문에 표기되는 제1소속기관은 KAIST이어야 하며, 수탁 연구기관 또는 일반장학생의 경우 원소속기관을 추가 할 수 있다.

1. Recognition condition of international journal publication
A. The candidate should be the first author of the journal paper that is included in the GSCT journal lists.
B. Advisor must be either corresponding author or co-author.
C. The published international journal must be at least partly related to the thesis.
D. If the authors of the paper are more than five people, the candidate should submit ‘contributions of numerous co-authors’, and should be reviewed by GSCT committee.
E. The first institution should be marked in KAIST, if the candidate is general scholarship program student, he or she can add the original institution.

The Graduate School of Culture Technology (GSCT) at KAIST(*) invites applicants for tenure-track and non-tenure track visiting faculty positions.
‘Culture technology’ is a multidisciplinary field drawing on virtually every aspect of our life, and evolves rapidly with the advancement of digital technology. In this respect, GSCT conducts research on cutting-edge technologies that enhance and transform our culture based on collaborations across a variety of disciplines including engineering, natural/social science, and liberal/visual arts.
We are looking for candidates in the broad areas of CT including Cognitive Science for tenure-track positions.
We are also looking for non-tenure track visiting faculty candidates who should be qualified for either of the following conditions:
- A candidate with a Ph.D. degree or equivalent work experiences in the field of humanity, social science, or art who has taught and conducted research related to culture technology.
- A candidate with a Ph.D. degree or equivalent work experiences in the field of culture technology.
An overview of current research and teaching programs at GSCT is available at http://ct.kaist.ac.kr.
Qualified candidates should hold doctoral degrees in any of the related areas, and possess outstanding academic or research credentials. Strong motivation to perform inter-disciplinary research across the diverse fields of engineering, arts, and humanities is a must regardless of the candidates’original academic background.
