One of key themes in the 21st century is creativity. Thus, the education paradigm has also changed into fostering those who can understand various cultures, directly communicate with aesthetic universe, and elicit latent faculties of creative imagination and changes.

KAIST GSCT(Graduate School of Culture Technology was founded in 2005 to realize this new paradigm. Since then, 150 graduates have been produced for the last six years. They actively work in various fields in academia, industry and government that encompass IT, entertainment, broadcasting, design, etc. It proves that GSCT has been positioned as place where.

GSCT now aims to improve the quality of human life and expand the scope of CT(Culture Technology) as a generic term for conceptual or instrumental systematization technologies that create novel added value for the future.
